Drupal 7.0: Rules Issue

As part of our usual update routine, we ran an update on the Rules module. After running the update, we checked each site, and all was well. After a period of time, some website experienced an error. Researching the error, it was determined that there was an undocumented command that needed to be run after the update had been completed. This command was run, and affected sites came back up immediately. If your site is experiencing an issue, please let us know ASAP.
